how to stay awake during classes

There is not denying that most of the student will find attending classes is boring. Students always feel sleepy in the class. As the result, they can't really absorb the knowledge which is given by the teacher in the class and this will affect the future of the students. Actually there are some thing we can do before, during and after the class in order for us to stay awake in the class. In order to stay awake in class we can actually be more concern about the activities and food we take before the class, be more concentrate in the class and take a good rest by not staying up late during the night.

Firstly, we should be more concern about the activities and food we take before the class. We should avoid taking heavy or oily food before classes. All these heavy and oily food such as fast food and 'nasi lemak' will make us feel sleepy and tired. Besides, we also can drink a cup of coffee, tea, essence of chicken or red bull before the class to make up stay awake during classes. Not only that, we also can take a nap or do some light exercise such as take a walk o jog before classes so that we can be more alert and wont feel tired during class.

Furthermore, we should also be more concentrate in the class. Actually we can sit in front during classes. By sitting in front we will pay more attention when teacher is teaching. This is because if we sit in front we will have eye contact with the teacher and we also cannot fell asleep in front of the teacher. Besides, we also can stay awake by taking notes during classes. When we are taking notes we will be more concentrate and is not easy to fell asleep when we are taking notes.

Finally, we should take a good rest and not stay up late during night. By having a good rest, we can energize our body. Thus, we won't be feeling sleepy during classes because if our body and brain can get enough rest we will feel more fresh and awake. Youngster nowadays like to stay up late to play games such as 'dota', 'worldcraft' and etc or just to online to play 'facebook' and chatting around with friends. All this will cause us feel sleepy and tired during the next day in the class because we do not get enough rest.

In short, having a healthy lifestyle can avoid us from sleeping in the class. It is not hard for us to practice it everyday. Sleeping during classes is not a right habit for us to practice with and it also will affect our studies. Thus, it is a must for us to prevent it from happening.
